POSITION OVERVIEW
- Manage software projects from planning to delivery across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Define project scope, timeline, deliverables, and resource plans based on client requirements
- Handle multiple projects at the same time, including dedicated team and fixed-price projects
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Work directly with international clients from the US, EU, Singapore, ANZ, and other markets
- Lead client meetings, provide project updates, and manage client expectations
- Convert business requirements into clear tasks and action plans for the development team
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, Testers, Designers, and Business Analysts
- Support and mentor team members to improve team performance and collaboration
- Ensure Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies are properly followed
- Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
- Ensure proper documentation, testing, and deployment processes are completed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of experience in Software Project Management
- Minimum 1 year of experience at Senior Project Manager level
- Strong experience managing international software outsourcing projects
- Experience working with both Dedicated Team and Project-based delivery models
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English communication skills, especially with international clients
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Slack, Trello, Git, etc.
- Good problem-solving, planning, and risk management skills
- PMP, PSM, or equivalent certifications are a strong advantage
