POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Manage and execute projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and quality expectations.
  • Communicate with clients and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional members.
  • Ensure project quality and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • More than 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in training and developing team members.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under high pressure.
  • Experience working with the Japanese market.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects (30+ members).
  • Nice to Have
    • Willingness to work onsite domestically and internationally.
    • Technical background or experience with programming languages is a plus.
    • Experience in other roles such as BA, QA, or PMO is an advantage.
    • Japanese language proficiency is a plus
