POSITION OVERVIEW
1. Product Strategy & Vision
Define and evolve the omnichannel product vision for Health & Beauty, aligning with business KPIs
Lead cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail Stores, Business Analyst, and E-Com teams.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify white-space opportunities.
2. E-Commerce Platform Leadership
Own digital roadmap for the e-commerce website and mobile app.
Drive conversion optimization through:
Unified customer loyalty
Personalized product discovery
Simplified stacked promotion
Frictionless checkout)
Manage integrations with ERP, OMS, Fulfillment, and payment gateways.
3. Omnichannel Experience Design
Design seamless cross-channel journeys.
Partner with store operations to deploy digital in-store experience.
Enable unified customer profiles across touchpoints.\
4. Data-Driven Optimization
Partner with Analytics and Data Science to run A/B tests and personalization experiments
Define and track North Star metrics: Customer Lifetime Value, Omnichannel Engagement Rate, Digital Revenue
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in digital product management; e-commerce and omnichannel experience mandatory
- Proven track record launching and scaling digital businesses in health, beauty, wellness, or CPG
- Strong data fluency: SQL, and Tableau
- Exceptional consumer empathy and design thinking
