POSITION OVERVIEW
1.1 Opportunity & Client Engagement
- Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Participate in defining deal strategy and engagement approaches for different bidding opportunities.
1.2 Bid & Proposal Support
- Lead bidding activities for various RFP/RFI/RFQ opportunities.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to prepare technical proposals, solution documents, estimations, and demos.
- Review and ensure the quality of bid documents and proposal outputs.
- Conduct workshops and presentations about company’s solutions & product demonstration with clients
- Present case study, facilitate discussions between business and technical stakeholders.
- Work with architects and delivery teams to design high-level solution architectures and implementation approaches.
- Define solution scope, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
- Support effort estimation, cost modeling, and delivery planning.
- Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with delivery capabilities.
1.3 Team Development
- Contribute to the development of the presales team through training, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
- Support the Presales Manager in team development, culture building, and KPI management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, presales, business analysis, or project management.
- Experience in enterprise software projects or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Experience in proposal development, bidding processes, and solution consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
