POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Analyze business processes and clarify requirements from customers.
  • Communicate customer requirements to the project team, collaborate to evaluate and propose suitable solutions.
  • Analyze requirements and prepare presentation materials such as proposals and solution documents.
  • Present, explain, and consult customers on solutions that address their business needs.
     

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Japanese communication skills at N2 level or above.
  • Strong business analysis and logical thinking skills.
  • Experience in Presales is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the ITO (IT Outsourcing) field.
  • Open to BA / BrSE candidates with experience working and communicating directly with Japanese clients.

  • Working hours: 10:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday, or according to the client’s working schedule when required.
