POSITION OVERVIEW
- Analyze business processes and clarify requirements from customers.
- Communicate customer requirements to the project team, collaborate to evaluate and propose suitable solutions.
- Analyze requirements and prepare presentation materials such as proposals and solution documents.
- Present, explain, and consult customers on solutions that address their business needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Japanese communication skills at N2 level or above.
- Strong business analysis and logical thinking skills.
- Experience in Presales is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in the ITO (IT Outsourcing) field.
- Open to BA / BrSE candidates with experience working and communicating directly with Japanese clients.
