Mandatory Requirements 
 

• Strong project/program management experience in telecom software development environments. 
• Experience working with LTE/5G RAN systems, telecom networks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. 
• Experience managing end-to-end software delivery from requirement clarification to integration and verification. 
• Strong planning, tracking, risk management, and dependency management capabilities. 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments with backlog management and milestone planning. 
• Ability to drive alignment between technical teams, management, and external stakeholders. 
• Strong problem-solving and escalation handling skills. 
• Experience leading technical architecture/feature implementation, discussions and supporting 
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD, integration, and verification processes. 
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability. 
• Strong English communication skills  

Preferred Qualifications 
 

• Experience in LTE RAN software, Layer 2/Layer 3, scheduler, radio resource management, or embedded telecom systems. 
• Familiarity with SAFe, Scrum, or large-scale Agile frameworks. 
• Experience working with multicultural global teams across Europe and Asia. 
• Engineering background in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields. 
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
