POSITION OVERVIEW
- Develop backend applications using Node.js, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Participate in project bidding: provide technical solutions, effort estimation, and risk assessment.
- Design software architecture and make technical decisions aligned with client requirements and project goals.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and development workflows.
- Engage in pre-sales and project discussions, clearly explaining technical concepts to clients.
- Understand and balance technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and client expectations in an outsourcing environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong coding skills with Node.js; experience with other modern languages or frameworks (Java, .NET, Python, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in software architecture design and technical decision-making.
- Experience participating in project bidding or pre-sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior developers.
- Deep understanding of outsourcing business models and balancing technical, cost, and client needs.
- Fluent in English.
