POSITION OVERVIEW
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
- Stay up to date with platform improvements and leverage the latest technologies to improve service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders during incidents and change management processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JDBC).
- Able to read and understand frontend code (ReactJS/NextJS, component-based structure).
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD, Kubernetes, and AWS; capable of owning tasks end-to-end.
- Good communication skills in English
Nice to have:
- Terraform, RabbitMQ.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Fintech knowledge (KYC, Digital Signature, etc.).
