We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Senior Fullstack Developer to join our production team (DU35.2). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable microservices and fullstack web applications. You will work closely with Agile teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and clean code that meets modern architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Vue.js for the frontend and Node.js (TypeScript) for the backend.
• Microservices Architecture: Build modular, reusable, and maintainable microservices using Clean/Hexagonal architecture principles.
• Database Management: Utilize MongoDB effectively, implementing efficient index creation strategies (Equality, Sort, Range - ESR rule) and ensuring ACID principles and idempotency.
• Deployment & Cloud: Containerize and deploy microservices to Kubernetes clusters; leverage cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) and serverless/PaaS solutions where appropriate.
• Quality Assurance: Drive technical excellence through unit test coverage, continuous code quality improvements, security bug fixes, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and work independently to solve complex technical problems.

Experience & Core Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Fullstack Engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js and Node.js (TypeScript).
• Solid experience with MongoDB (including index optimization using ESR principles).
• Proven track record of designing, coding, and deploying microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying services to Kubernetes.

Technical Knowledge & Best Practices

• Deep understanding of Clean / Hexagonal Architecture, SOLID principles, ACID compliance, and Idempotency.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS / GCP) and clear decision-making skills on when to use Serverless vs. PaaS.
• Strong commitment to software quality: high unit test coverage, proactive security patching, and thorough documentation.

Soft Skills & Language

• Language: Advanced / Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within Agile environments.
• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
• Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
