• Manage large accounts or multiple projects
• Manage and train teams under the projects supervised by the Delivery Manager (DM)
• Establish processes, guidelines, and KPIs for projects/accounts
• Ensure end-to-end delivery for projects and project streams under the DM’s responsibility: on time, on quality, and on budget
• Manage P&L at the project level, account level, and across all assigned projects
• Manage stakeholders; handle conflicts, issues, and risks that may impact project delivery
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for project expansion
• Actively participate in bidding processes: farming and hunting (strategy, planning, proposal development, proposal defense, etc.)

1. Experience

• At least 8 years of experience in PM/DM roles
• Experience managing large-scale projects with 30+ team members
• Experience managing multiple projects, including Fixed Cost and ODC models
• Preference for candidates with experience in ITO companies
• Preference for candidates with bidding experience

2. Knowledge and Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Product Life Cycle, and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
• Solid project management skills: scoping, scheduling, quality, cost management, etc.
• Strong management capabilities: defining processes, building strategies and plans, setting KPIs, establishing metrics, monitoring, and problem-solving
• Ability to manage stakeholders and build strong client relationships
• Strong analytical and decisive problem-solving skills
• Experience and skills in farming (account growth)
• Experience in training, mentoring, and leading teams

3. Language and Communication

• Proficient in English
• Clear, flexible, and effective communication skills

4. Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Information Systems Management, or related fields
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PSPO, PgMP, etc.
