Business Analyst (Japanese)

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Participate in outsourcing projects for Japanese market clients.
  • Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the offshore project team in Vietnam.
  • Prepare project documentation (the project domain is Insurance).
  • Work directly with Japanese clients: communicate, negotiate, gather and analyze software project requirements, and convey them to the team in Vietnam.
  • Plan, track progress, and manage the team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) for Japanese market projects.
  • Ability to train and guide team members at a Senior level.
  • Capable of providing solution consulting to clients.
  • Persistent, meticulous, and responsible.
  • Knowledge of data management, data querying, and API design.
  • Knowledge and skills in software testing and acceptance.
  • Ability to draft and quickly prototype products without waiting for full design.
  • Proactive in problem-solving, understanding the project domain and business.
  • Advantage: ability to evaluate logic and aesthetics of UI/UX design, experience improving user UX.
  • Experience with design thinking tools such as mind maps, etc.
  • Good Japanese communication skills; intermediate English proficiency.
