POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Participate in and develop the unit’s projects
  • Training to become a bilingual BA for the Japanese market
  • Follow tasks assigned by the mentor or leader

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must:

  • Proficient English communication skills (minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
  • Proficient Japanese communication skills (N2 or equivalent)
  • Ability to learn and research (Google search skills)
  • Communication and presentation skills: Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders; strong persuasive ability; capable of organizing requirement workshops
  • Customer mindset; proactive and positive attitude

Optional:

  • Requirement elicitation and analysis skills: Able to plan requirement management following BA BOK guidelines; able to use BA BOK techniques for requirement elicitation and analysis; capable of participating in requirement building with Pre-sales
  • Requirement documentation skills: Able to write complete requirement documents without guidance from BA Lead; able to add constraints and assumptions into requirement specifications
  • Mockup and wireframe skills: Proficient in drawing mockups; able to contribute to improving UI/UX with Designers; understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Backlog management skills: Able to perform backlog creation, planning, prioritization, and refinement
  • Communication and presentation skills: Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders; strong persuasive ability; capable of organizing requirement workshops
  • Ability to learn and research (Google search skills)
  • Problem-solving skills: Able to work and handle issues independently, requiring guidance only in complex cases
  • Foreign language proficiency: Fluent in English (minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent) or Japanese (N2 or equivalent)
