We seek a skilled Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The  ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams  and have some exposure to ESG concepts. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Analyze and document business requirements, create functional specifications,  and user stories.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support Agile development processes.
• Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for proposed changes.
• Support testing activities, including UAT and system integration testing.
• Perform data analysis to provide business insights and recommendations.
• Assist with ESG-related initiatives and reporting as needed. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related  field. 
• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal). 
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques and documentation tools. 
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL). 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
• Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies. 
• Basic knowledge of ESG concepts preferred. 
• Preferred Qualifications 
  ∙ Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSM,  CSPO) 
  ∙ Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and project management tools  (Jira) 
  ∙ Background in process improvement methodologies 
  ∙ Stakeholder management experience across multiple organizational levels.
