Business Analyst (ENG & JP)

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Participate in an outsourced project for a Japanese client.
  • Act as a bridge between the Japanese client and the offshore project team in Vietnam.
  • Prepare project documentation (The project domain is Insurance).
  • Work directly with Japanese clients: communicate, negotiate, gather and analyze software project requirements, and convey them to the team in Vietnam.
  • Plan, track progress, manage the team, and handle related tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience in business analysis for SaaS-based IoT/IIoT platforms.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of front-end/backend integration.
  • Experience using Figma for UI/UX analysis and wireframing.
  • Familiarity with security standards (OWASP, ISO, IEC) and data protection best practices.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications such as CRM, Salesforce, and MES is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and working with Azure DevOps for sprint tracking.
  • Must be able to speak English & Japanese language
