POSITION OVERVIEW
- Work as a Business Analyst for a data-related project, focusing on business requirements, data understanding, and reporting needs.
- Analyze business processes and requirements related to CRM, Sales, Commission, MLM, and financial data domains.
- Work closely with business users to clarify requirements, define business rules, and document functional specifications.
- Support data analysis activities, including understanding data models, SQL logic, data mapping, and business reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented.
- Support reporting and dashboard requirements, especially for business performance, sales, commission, reconciliation, accounting, or audit-related data.
- Participate in requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, UAT support, and issue clarification during project execution.
- Provide input for data analytics, AI chatbot, or Microsoft Fabric-related initiatives where applicable.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a Business Analyst in the data domain.
- Experience in at least one of the following domains:
CRM
Sales
Commission
MLM - Strong experience or good understanding of finance-related business processes.
- Knowledge of reconciliation, audit, or accounting is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of SQL, data models, and business reporting.
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience in AI Chatbot or Data Analytics projects.
- Ability to work with both business and technical teams.
- English communication level: 3+.
