Bridge System Engineer (Japan) - DJP

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Participate in outsourced projects for clients in the Japanese market.
  • Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the offshore project team in Vietnam.
  • Work directly with Japanese clients: communicate, negotiate, receive, and analyze software project requirements, then convey them to the project team in Vietnam.
  • Plan, monitor progress, and manage the onsite team.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) on software projects for Japanese clients.
  • Japanese proficiency N2 or higher, with fluent communication skills.
  • English communication skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of software engineering domains.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to grasp situations quickly.
  • Experience living and working in Japan for an extended period is an advantage.
  • Programming skills or experience in programming is a plus.
