About the Role
We are growing our backend engineering team and looking for a Golang engineer who is comfortable with complexity — deep business logic, multi-market rules, and integration-heavy systems. You will own services end-to-end, from design to production, working closely with frontend and mobile teams in a fast-moving Agile environment.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain backend microservices using Golang, following Clean Architecture principles.
• Develop and evolve GraphQL (gqlgen) and RESTful APIs consumed by web and mobile applications.
• Participate in technical design discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and conduct code reviews.
• Optimize system performance, database query efficiency, and service reliability at scale.
• Define and maintain clear API contracts in collaboration with Frontend (Next.js) and Mobile (Flutter) teams.
• Identify and address technical debt proactively and propose technical improvements that enhance platform quality and scalability.

• Have 3+ years of professional backend development experience with Golang.
• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture or equivalent layered design patterns such as Hexagonal Architecture or Domain-Driven Design.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and operating microservices in a cloud environment (GCP preferred).
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL (experience with gqlgen is an advantage).
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, including schema design, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and performance optimization.
• Comfortable working with Docker and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Writes clean, maintainable, and testable code with solid unit and integration test coverage.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams.
• Able to read technical documentation and communicate effectively in English.
