1. AI Agent & Knowledge Base Development
Build structured, traceable domain knowledge bases from interview notes, qualitative data, and other research sources.
Develop Research and Quality Control Agents that can query the knowledge base and provide evidence-backed, auditable results.
Design AI workflows for automated QC, import-data classification, natural-language data access, and other repetitive data-processing tasks.
Implement robust agent architectures with tool/function calling, RAG, structured outputs, and human-review workflows.
2. AI Platform Integration & Deployment
Integrate AI agents with platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, and Google ADK.
Configure MCP connections and develop reliable agents capable of completing business tasks.
Deploy AI services and integrate them with structured data platforms, including BigQuery.
Design and implement end-to-end solutions, including backend services, AI orchestration, APIs, and frontend integration.
3. Evaluation & Productionization
Define evaluation criteria and test AI agents against real business requirements.
Implement logging, monitoring, guardrails, error handling, and quality-control mechanisms.
Improve agent reliability, accuracy, and traceability through iterative testing and optimization.
Support the transition from initial pilot to production-ready solutions.

4+ years hands-on experience developing agentic AI / LLM applications.
Strong Python programming skills.
Experience with tool/function calling, RAG, structured outputs, prompt engineering, and system design.
Experience building, testing, and evaluating AI agents and workflows.
Knowledge of MCP and AI agent frameworks or platforms.
Experience with backend development, APIs, and AI workflow integration.
Ability to design and implement end-to-end AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience building Researcher Agents, automated QC agents, or similar workflow-integrated AI solutions.
Experience working with structured project data and BigQuery.
Experience deploying AI services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude Code, Google ADK, and MCP integrations.
Experience with frontend development and integrating AI capabilities into internal tools or client portals.
Experience implementing human-in-the-loop workflows and auditable AI outputs.
