POSITION OVERVIEW

  • GenAI developers to design, prototype, and deploy AI-driven solutions that optimize internal business processes. 
  • The team will collaborate on a shared project under the guidance of a closely involved Technical Leader and work closely with the Product Owner on daily execution and prioritization.
  • Sample project scopes includes:
    - HR Agent – Build an AI assistant to respond to HR-related inquiries and support internal staff. 
    - Power Automate Integration – Develop automated reporting workflows and streamline operational processes. 
    - Legal Agent – Create an AI system capable of reviewing customer contracts and performing structured analysis for the legal team.
     

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  •  Have 3-4 years of industry experience
  • The developers should have hands-on development experience with modern GenAI tools, such as: 
  • Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio (Chat Agents, Orchestrators) 
    Power Automate & Power Platform 
    Azure AI and Azure OpenAI Services 
    Python or TypeScript for scripting, connectors, and backend extensions 
    Tools like Cursor, Lovable (AI IDEs) or similar AI-assisted development environments
  • Keywords: Azure, chatbot, Cursor
