On January 15, 2025, VMO Holdings proudly joined the Coalition for Climate Entrepreneurship (CCE) Accelerator Program launch in Hanoi. On December 3, 2024, Mr. Mai The Hung, Head of IC Design Services Development Strategy at VMO Holdings, participated in the panel discussion titled "Domestic and International Semiconductor Ecosystems – Collaboration Models for Vietnam's Semiconductor Industry Development." VMO Holdings was honored to welcome representatives from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) for a discussion on technology applications in agriculture (Agritech) to support developing countries. FAO, renowned for its leadership in global agriculture and efforts to combat poverty, is constructing a Geodata database in Asia to utilize state-of-the-art technology to enhance land management and farming methods in the area. FAO's Environment Statistics and Land &amp; Water Data experts visited VMO’s office to meet our tech team and explore concrete collaboration plans that could foster partnerships and help address agricultural and geographical challenges. These discussions paved the way for significant collaborations to address important environmental and farming issues. This meeting was an important step forward, opening new doors for VMO to work with international partners on sustainable (ESG) tech solutions that support better practices in agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and land and water management around the world.

On June 1st, 2021, AGRICARE Co., Ltd (“AGRI”) - a Japanese medical service subsidiary of AGRICARE Group, 110 Co., Ltd - a Group subsidiary and the founder and chairman, Mr. Shunichito Ito has completed the M&amp;A process of Patient Technology Vietnam Joint Stock Company (“PTL”) - a subsidiary of VMO Holdings.Founded in 2014, the former subsidiary company of VMO Holdings is adept at developing Medical - Healthcare applications dedicated for clients in the US. After the M&amp;A, Agricare Group officially owns and operates PTL from VMO Holdings. With the participation of the new Management team, PTL aspired to become the pioneer and trusted provider of digital transformation solutions for the Healthcare sector in Vietnam and the Southeast Asia region.The need of digital transformation in the Healthcare industry has become even more urgent in the widespread of the pandemic.
