APPLICATION OF IRAC RULES AT WORK TO DEVELOPERS

The IRAC method is considered a skeleton to help you organize the answer to a certain problem in a detailed and clear way. In fact, this method began to be introduced and applied by law firms in the US.

The structure of an IRAC standard response consists of the following basic components:

+ Issue – The problem,

+ Regulation — Regulations,

+ Analysis - Analysis

+ Conclusion - Conclusion.

These concepts can be simply understood as follows:

- Issue: problems that customers give us that we need to solve and advise them.

- Rule: the rules and common sense things to follow during the request process. The rules here can be some general standards or specific regulations from the customer.

- Analysis: analyze and clarify customer requirements. Based on the Rules, we list out reasonable solutions to solve the issue.

- Conclusion: From the analysis results above, we summarize the best or most suitable methods for customers to apply.

In some cases, we can combine the Analysis and Conclusion sections together without having to separate them.

During this process, to save time and make it easier for customers to understand their ideas, we can come up with some mockups describing the function.

Based on these mockups, customers will be able to help you change and adjust some things accordingly. Customers quite like working with people who work so clearly, so any devs who want to switch to the manager, please pay attention
