POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Analyze product/project requirements and design specifications.
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and prepare test data.
  • Execute testing for software products or projects, collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure overall quality.
  • Monitor and support quality control and process evaluation throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate product quality before official release.
  • Manage and lead a testing team.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Over 5 years of experience in software testing.
  • Ability to lead a team of 3–4 members.
  • Experience in AI and OCR testing.
  • Proficient in API testing.
  • Experience in Performance Testing and Security Testing.
  • Solid understanding of testing processes and techniques.
  • Candidates with ISTQB certification are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of product testing lifecycle and ability to develop test strategies.
  • Proficient in using bug tracking and test case management tools.
  • Strong teamwork and independent working skills.
  • Analytical mindset, good problem-solving skills, and ability to manage work to meet project deadlines.
  • Good Japanese communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
