POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Participate in the outsourcing project for clients in the Japanese market.
  • Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the offshore project team in Vietnam.
  • Provide consultancy to clients and guide the project team.
  • Work directly with Japanese clients: communicate, negotiate, receive, and analyze software project requirements, then convey them to the project team in Vietnam.
  • Plan, track progress, manage the team, etc.
  • The current project is related to the insurance sector, collaborating with several multinational teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from university with a major in Information Technology or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position or roles such as BA/BrSE/PM.
  • Strong analytical, planning, teamwork, organizational, task management, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Japanese (equivalent to N2) and able to communicate with clients in English.
  • Creative thinking, logical reasoning, and critical thinking abilities.
  • A positive, innovative mindset, always seeking new ideas and approaches to improve existing processes.
  • Experience in leading a team is a plus.
