POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Participate in software development testing projects, especially those targeting the Japanese market.
  • Analyze requirements and develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
  • Execute various types of testing such as functional, regression, integration, API, and database testing according to the plan.
  • Identify, report, track, and verify bugs in the system.
  • Collaborate closely with Developers, BAs, PMs, and clients to ensure product quality.
  • Participate in document reviews and contribute ideas for improving the testing process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of experience in Manual Testing for software development projects.
  • Experience in AI and OCR testing is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in SQL for data verification and testing.
  • Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
  • Solid understanding of testing processes, test case design techniques, and the defect lifecycle.
  • Good communication skills in Japanese or English.
  • Experience with Performance Testing and Security Testing.
  • ISTQB certification is preferred.
